Do we ever contemplate running away?
1000%... you are not alone in this thought! BUT, we think about it way less because our team culture is SO GOOD NOW!!! We promise you it CAN and WILL get better!
Do we also get a little nervous when someone says, ‘Do You Have a Minute?’ during a busy Saturday?
Of course we do! We still feel the pit of our stomach when the office door opens just before this question is asked BUT we now have systems for almost every thing and a happy team that drives those systems which means we have way LESS 'Do You Have a Minute' moments 😉
Do we sometimes daydream about cloning our one super-organized stylist?"
YEP! All the time...only to remind each other that it takes all kinds of members to make up a dynamic team! Being organized is great but we don't forget to look for the great in your other teammates. Things like loyalty, kindness, towel aficionado or bowl cleaning expert go a LONG WAY too!
Ever catch ourselves pretending to be a therapist during a staff meeting? No? Just us?

ONE! ONE passive-aggressive sticky note is too many 🙄 (let's do better...no passive aggressive behavior goes unresolved) We can teach you a simple way to set that boundary!
Do we have a magic spell for getting everyone to read the group chat?
We magically realized if we mix it up between voice drops, texts, memes and random ridiculousness we can keep them engaged! We definitely are intentional about not wasting their time and streamlining things as much as possible. Every team is different and so is each individual on the team. We try to speak to every one in their unique way at least some of the time:)
