Of course we do! We still feel the pit of our stomach when the office door opens just before this question is asked BUT we now have systems for almost every thing and a happy team that drives those systems which means we have way LESS 'Do You Have a Minute' moments 😉
YEP! All the time...only to remind each other that it takes all kinds of members to make up a dynamic team! Being organized is great but we don't forget to look for the great in your other teammates. Things like loyalty, kindness, towel aficionado or bowl cleaning expert go a LONG WAY too!

We magically realized if we mix it up between voice drops, texts, memes and random ridiculousness we can keep them engaged! We definitely are intentional about not wasting their time and streamlining things as much as possible. Every team is different and so is each individual on the team. We try to speak to every one in their unique way at least some of the time:)
